Search for an accredited test
Type the name of the test, the parameter or the standard and see whether it is within our ISO/IEC 17025 scope of accreditation. The list is the official scope of accreditation, in its original language (Albanian).
Two specialised departments
TENUIS covers 1000 m² on the second floor of the Noval building in Koxhas, Maminas, Durrës, with laboratory space and offices.
The laboratory consists of two departments, Microbiology and Physico-Chemical, with technology platforms and scientific equipment that meet international standards for quality control laboratories.
Each department has its own ventilation system, with HEPA filters and differential pressures, which reduces the risk of cross-contamination from one space to another.
What we test
The five main fields of our daily work.
Food testing
Food safety and quality, from raw material to final product.
Water testing
Drinking, process and bottled water: chemical and microbiological parameters.
Air testing
Monitoring of ambient air and workplace air.
Soil testing
Testing of soil, sludge and waste.
Pharmaceutical testing
Quality control of pharmaceutical products according to international standards.
The Cartesio system
Sample control and processing (registration, entry of results, reporting) is supported by the laboratory information management system, Cartesio, which tracks every sample and organises the work according to the client's needs.
Cartesio includes security controls: once the analyst has documented and entered the data into the system, the information is locked and cannot be changed without a trace.
Reports are delivered in the format you choose: by email, as a hard copy or both.
Main equipment
Equipment that enables analytical methods for many types of samples.
HPLC MS/MS Triple Quadrupole
Determines pesticide residues in water and food, even in very small amounts.
ICP-MS
Detects toxic metals and measures metals at trace level, down to the elemental impurities of pharmaceutical products.
GC-Headspace
Assesses volatile organic impurities and residual solvents in products and raw materials.
Dissolution test
Measures the rate at which the active substance is released from the dosage form.
Pharmaceutical testing
