Who is responsible for your data

TENUIS LABORATORIES sh.p.k., NUIS L81904506I, with its registered office at Rr. Dytësore Maminas-Vorë, Nr. 20/38, Koxhas, Durrës, is the controller of the data collected through this website, under Law no. 124/2024 "On the protection of personal data". What we collect and why

We collect only what is needed to reply to you.

• Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp. Your name or your company's, your email address and your message. You give your phone number only if you wish. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare the service you request. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Technical server logs. IP address, time of visit and page requested, only for the security and maintenance of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

We do not sell data and we do not create profiles.

Who sees the data

Only our employees who handle your request. Our hosting and email provider, with servers in the European Union, processes the data on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only when the law obliges us to.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a quotation or cooperation are deleted within 6 months. Quotations and communications with clients are kept in line with the time limits of tax legislation and of our quality system. Technical server logs are kept according to the hosting provider's settings.

External services

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google Maps map. In both cases your browser connects to Google's servers, which are also located outside Albania. Google sees your IP address, and the map may set its own cookies. The WhatsApp button takes you to Meta's service only when you click it.

Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics to see how much the website is visited. Without your consent it is not loaded at all. It collects general visit data (pages opened, type of device, approximate location) and sets cookies that are kept for up to 6 months. The legal basis is your consent. Google also processes this data outside Albania, on the basis of standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Read more in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at info@tenuis.al. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
