Chemical and microbiological parameters
We measure the chemical and microbiological parameters of water and tell you when a value falls outside the permitted limits. The laboratory has methods and equipment for the determination of heavy metals and endotoxins.

How the testing works
Four steps, from your request to the result.
The Cartesio system
Sample control and processing (registration, entry of results, reporting) is supported by the laboratory information management system, Cartesio, which tracks every sample and organises the work according to the client's needs.
Cartesio includes security controls: once the analyst has documented and entered the data into the system, the information is locked and cannot be changed without a trace.
The steps
- Tell us which test you need on the contact page or by phone, and we will advise you on the sample.
- Bring the sample to the laboratory or we will come and collect it from you.
- The sample is tested in the microbiology laboratory, the chemistry laboratory, or both.
- The report is delivered in the format you choose: by email, as a hard copy or both, with full traceability.

Who takes the sample?

What are the results compared with?
We compare drinking water results with the permitted values in force. When a value falls outside the limits, we tell you.
Which water tests are accredited?

Do you test for Legionella?
Yes, the enumeration of Legionella is performed according to ISO 11731:2017.
